I’ve found that there are two good strategies to help you incorporate this type of information into your life.
Do the one that works best for you.
1) GO FOR IT! No holds barred! Eat the foods that are good for you and don’t look back. 100% full in. You will look and feel incredible after 30 days. And after 90 days? You might have to find a new spouse you will look and feel 20 years younger!
(okay…I’m kidding on the new spouse 🙂
2) Every week incorporate a food that you know is important and keep it up as you add new foods each week. You’ll find that you won’t have room for some of the bad food choices you may be used to eating. Start with carrots, walnuts and celery for weeks one, two and three. Give your eyesight, your brain and your bones a little love!
