No, I’m not a trainer, a physiologist, a nutritionist, or a doctor—and I haven’t spent my whole life running Ironmans or competing on sports teams. In fact, I don’t even consider myself an athlete at all. My name is Strauss Zelnick, and what I am is what you are: a parent, a spouse, a working professional. I’m the CEO of Take-Two Interactive Software—the publisher behind blockbuster video games you might know and play, like Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption—and a partner at Zelnick Media Capital, a private equity firm in Manhattan. Now, I’m not reeling off my résumé just to stoke my own sense of self-satisfaction.
