Feel good neck stretches that can and should be done anywhere, whether you are at work, on the sofa or you can add them after a good workout. They will help release any tension that you might have in your neck area, and help you relax and feel good. These exercises are great to do if you suffer from tension headaches, that might come from a lot of desk work, stress, sleeping bad etc. The program is also great for you if you are dreaming of a long swan like neck.
They are so easy to do, that even my kids joined me ;).
